Hobbies
I love reading, writing and French, but I also love helping other people improve their skills, even if it's a subject they dislike. I believe that with individual attention I can help teach students to improve their coursework and learn strategies so that they can succeed as long as they are willing to put in some effort. I am a kind and gentle teacher and I believe in constructive criticism but I also believe in always pointing out positive aspects of a student's work as well. I've very cheerful, positive, and passionate about these subjects. I am friendly and personable as well as patient. I work at On-the-Town, an arts and entertainment magazine. I enjoy running, writing, drawing and music. In High School and college I was in Marching Band. I was involved in track, drama and choir in high school. I worked for two summers as an arts and crafts counselor and I love crafts of all sorts. I also have two brothers and play video games, though my favorites are classic SEGA and Nintendo games.
